Your new role

As Market Development Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and market engagement through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop reference materials and evidence of technical progress.

  • Authoring thought-leadership documents and reviewing external communications for technical accuracy.

  • Conducting market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Analysing historical data and current trends to inform scenario planning and forecasting.

  • Supporting marketing analytics, including campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.

  • Coordinating with product and market development teams to align analytical outputs with business objectives.

  • Synthesising complex data into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge-sharing resources within the analytics function.


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative energy. Key requirements include:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in analytical or strategic roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to strategic planning.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (e.g. Python, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Ability to process and analyse marketing data.

  • Strong understanding of analytical methodologies and best practices.

  • Exposure to complex engineering or infrastructure sectors (preferred but not essential).
