Your new role

As Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and operators across a designated production area. You’ll ensure that output targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating daily production activities to meet delivery schedules
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions where necessary
  • Supporting training and development of team members
  • Liaising with engineering, quality, and planning departments to resolve issues and optimise performance

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed: You’ll be an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in high-precision or defence-related engineering environments. You’ll have:
  • Proven supervisory experience in a production setting
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
