We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The role is critical in supporting the production of cell culture media and reagents , ensuring daily manufacturing targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to learn, develop, and gain cross-functional exposure within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

J ob Type

• Contract: 6 months (potential extension)
• Start Date: ASAP

Compensation

• Base Pay: £13.20 per hour
• Shift Allowance: +25%

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week
• Rotating shift pattern:
  • Early: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Back: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets
• Operate equipment and assist in maintaining efficient production processes
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Perform manual handling and repetitive tasks as required
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production and quality
