We have a requirement for a Manufacturing Change Engineer with our engineering client in Dundalk.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally Experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement with strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, JIT, and digital manufacturing systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in data analysis and digital tools for production monitoring. Ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Change Engineer to join a forward-thinking manufacturing organisation based in Dundalk. This role is central to driving improvements in production efficiency, safety, and product quality through the implementation of new processes, technologies, and equipment.
You will be responsible for managing changes to manufacturing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production goals and regulatory compliance. The role demands strong mechanical, design, and IT skills, as well as a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
