Permanent Management Accountant EDUCATION

Your new role

Supervise junior staff members.
Produce accurate and timely consolidated management accounts to agreed deadlines.
Assist the Finance Manager with the investigations of budget variances.
Complete debtors’ analysis and reconciliation between the Student Information System and the financial system.
Complete balance sheet control accounts reconciliations including bank reconciliation, accruals and prepayments.
Maintain the nominal ledger coding structure and ensure that all transactions are correctly coded.
Prepare and post income recognition journals as part of the month-end and year-end process.
Follow the month-end procedure, post month-end journals, update the schedules including energy, rates and refectory.


What you'll need to succeed

EDUCATION experience is ESSENTIAL - you must have worked in a school, college, or educational establishment.
Management accounts experience
