Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring robust financial governance. You will be responsible for preparing accurate monthly management accounts, developing budgets and costing models, and providing insightful financial analysis to drive performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts to senior management.
  • Support budget setting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Deliver costings, process improvements, and systems reporting.
  • Develop and oversee financial systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare working papers for statutory audit requirements.
  • Utilise financial modelling techniques to appraise projects and make recommendations.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Oversee and support other members of the finance team.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA and actively studying towards qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Confident in working independently and making sound decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
