Your new role

This office-based position is ideal for an experienced Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with the business. Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you’ll be responsible for delivering timely and insightful financial reporting, supporting cost control initiatives, and partnering closely with operational teams to drive performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitor and analyse site performance and cost variances

• Collaborate with operations to improve financial efficiency

• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards

What you'll need to succeed

I'm seeking a confident and experienced Management Accountant who brings both technical expertise and commercial insight. Ideally, you’ll have a background in manufacturing or FMCG, with a proven ability to interpret financial data and influence operational decisions. You’ll be comfortable working closely with non-finance stakeholders, translating numbers into meaningful actions. A professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) is preferred, though finalists with strong experience will also be considered. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the ambition to grow — someone who sees this role not just as a job, but as a stepping stone in a business that’s scaling fast.
