Your new role
This role offers a broad scope of involvement across financial reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in supporting business decisions through accurate and insightful financial analysis. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead month-end reporting and site-level P&L analysis
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance reviews
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver insights and challenge assumptions
  • Contribute to system and process improvements across finance functions

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and eager to grow within a collaborative finance team. A strong foundation in management accounting and a willingness to engage with operational stakeholders are key to success in this role. The ideal person would be:
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent
  • Strong Excel skills and interest in finance systems
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicator
  • Experience in management accounting and stakeholder engagement
