Your new company
You will work for a London-based hospitality company that owns and operates a collection of stylish restaurants, bars, and boutique hotels. Known for its focus on quality, design, and customer experience, the group blends contemporary dining with relaxed luxury across its venues.

Your new role
This is a newly created role, joining an existing finance team of two, reporting to the Finance Director. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
  • Preparation of Management Accounts for 9 individual trading sites (each treated as a separate business)
  • Producing monthly Profit & Loss statements
  • VAT calculations
  • AI-based invoice scanning
  • Cashflow updates
  • Collaboration with the Finance Director (FD), who currently prepares the Management Accounts, you will take ownership of preparation, the FD will continue to oversee and review
  • General accounts administration
  • This is a FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASED role; hybrid working is NOT available.

What you'll need to succeed
  • To be considered for this role, you will need recent, relevant experience working in a similar Management Accountant position.
  • Part-Qualified Accountant (PQ) actively studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Hospitality sector experience is highly desirable, with an understanding of multi-site operations and trading environments.
  • Familiarity with Sage accounting software is preferred.
  • You'll be technically proficient with strong Excel skills and confidence using accounting systems and AI-based tools.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to interpret financial data and contribute to business insights
  • Process-driven and capable of managing multiple site accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking, bringing fresh ideas to improve systems and workflows
  • Strong common sense and initiative, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior finance leadership
  • Not afraid of change, open to new technologies and ways of working
  • Sharp, proactive, and energetic — not overly rigid in approach or too set in your ways.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Clear communicator with a professional and confident manner
  • Experience working in a small team environment

What you'll get in return
  • Professional Development: study support is available to help you progress toward your accounting qualification. You'll be backed by a finance team that understands the demands of studying while working — with mentorship, flexibility, and encouragement built in.
