Your new role

You’ll take ownership of the full management accounting lifecycle across a group of international entities. This includes reviewing monthly management accounts, overseeing month-end processes (bank reconciliations, invoice approvals), and managing intercompany balances. You’ll lead the preparation of annual accounts and audits, liaising with external auditors and service providers to ensure robust internal controls and accurate reporting. Your role will also involve:

  • Owning the Management Accounts from start to finish
  • Leading the preparation of annual accounts and audits
  • Driving automation and process improvements to enhance reporting quality
  • Partnering across teams to establish effective controls and procedures
  • Reviewing regulatory reporting and monitoring compliance
  • Bringing technical accounting expertise to evolve the firm’s financial approach

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5–6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven international experience and comfort working across jurisdictions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to hold service providers accountable
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy in decision-making
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn from others while leading initiatives
