Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 per annum Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Chain
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts for multiple hotel sites
Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Manage accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Assist with VAT returns and compliance reporting
Support the year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
Contribute to process improvements and financial system enhancements
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in management accounting, ideally within hospitality or multi-site operations. Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and financial controls
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SUN, Opera, Sage, Xero, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset
