Your new company

A well-established and reputable organisation is seeking a proactive and versatile Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a broad role within a supportive environment where no two days are the same.

Your new role

As Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making. You’ll be hands-on across the full spectrum of management accounting duties—from compiling and analysing statistics to preparing full management accounts. This is a true all-rounder role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Producing financial reports and KPIs
  • Assisting with year-end processes and audit preparation
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight
  • Contributing to process improvements and ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be a confident and adaptable finance professional with experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You’ll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
  • Solid understanding of management accounting principles
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What you'll get in return

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.
