Your new role
As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely information to assist strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assisting with cost analysis and margin reporting
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial controls
• Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
