Hays Accountancy & Finance are supporting a growing business based in Cambridge to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team.

Your new role

You'll be reporting to the CFO and your key responsibilities will include:

• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end processes
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Variance Analysis

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong management accounting experience within a commercial environment.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across UK and international entities.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across departments and external partners.

• A proactive mindset with the desire to improve systems, processes and reporting.
