Hays Accountancy & Finance are pleased to be working with a business based in Cambridge to recruit a part-time Management Accountant on a fixed-term basis. This business is renowned for its deep expertise, client-first approach and collaborative culture.

Your new role

As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Finance team with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and effective cash flow management.

This part-time role offers a blend of operational and strategic responsibilities including preparing monthly management accounts, supporting forecasting and contributing to process improvement.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders helping to drive informed decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed
Insurance sector experience
Qualification or progression toward ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

What you'll get in return

Salary of up to £50k (FTE)
