Your new role

• Own the monthly management accounts process from start to finish
• Deliver sharp, insightful reporting that drives commercial decisions
• Partner with operations, buying, and marketing teams to track performance and spot opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning across the business
• Help shape financial strategy as we scale and evolve

What you'll need to succeed

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a hunger to learn and grow
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or fast-paced environments is a plus
• Strong Excel skills—comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, and building models
• Commercially curious, detail-driven, and confident communicating with non-finance teams
• A proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for making a difference
