Management Accountant - £42000 - £45000 per annum - Belfast

Your new role
As Management Accountant, you’ll report to the Financial Controller and:
  • Produce monthly Management Accounts, nominal journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing,
  • Manage stock
  • Oversee sales and purchase ledger month-end close, resolving aged balances
  • Submit reports, VAT and statutory returns, plus ad hoc KPI reports
  • Supervise accounts staff, uphold internal controls and cover the Financial Controller as needed
  • Support audits, budgets, forecasts and quarterly stock counts
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA accountant
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy accounts environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management
  • Team-player mentality and supervisory experience
