Your new role

As a Management Accountant, you’ll be a key part of the finance team, responsible for producing accurate and insightful financial reports that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You’ll work with large datasets, help improve reporting systems and controls, and occasionally deputise for senior accountants. This is a varied and rewarding role where your input will directly influence service delivery and financial performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong financial management experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Confidence in working with and challenging budget holders to add value.
• Experience in capital accounting or housing development is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for improving systems and processes.
