• Prepare monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile key control accounts (e.g., fixed assets, bank, debtors, creditors).
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Support year-end processes including statutory accounts and audit compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors and external advisors.
• Support payroll, VAT returns, and intercompany transactions.
• Contribute to sustainability and ESG reporting (where applicable).
• Implement and improve financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik, Hyperion, Excel).

• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience (e.g., Kerridge, Tagetik, Hyperion).
• Excellent numeracy and data management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• UK driving licence (required for some roles).
