Your new role
Hays are seeking a capable and proactive finance professional to strengthen our team. This role will lead on accurate month-end reporting, statutory and regulatory compliance, and support budgeting and forecasting activity. The ideal candidate will uphold strong financial controls, work confidently with auditors and advisers, and drive continuous improvement across our finance processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential Criteria
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• At least 2 years’ post qualification experience as a Management Accountant
• Strong experience working with Sage 50
• Proficient in all aspects of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills including ability to gather, interpret and present complex data
• Advanced Excel skills including, pivot tables, Macros, Power BI etc.

• Full time
• Competitive salary up to £50,000 depending on
qualifications/experience.
• Based at the Innovation Centre, Queen’s Road, Belfast (hybrid
working arrangement available)
• Reporting to the Financial Controller.
