MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – INTERNATIONAL RETAILER - £55-60K + BONUS

Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to step into a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand with a strong presence in the UK and international markets, offering excellent career progression and exposure to senior stakeholders. Their London-based finance team is expanding, and they’re now seeking a talented Management Accountant to join at an exciting time of growth. **YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START AT MAX 1-MONTH NOTICE**

Your new role

You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful financial analysis and management reporting. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
  • Ownership of month-end duties
  • Business partnering with commercial teams to support decision-making
  • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting across multiple cost centres
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Identifying opportunities & risks, presenting these to stakeholders


What you'll need to succeed

  • Short notice (max 1 month) is a must
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
  • Previous experience with leading the budgeting / forecasting (even if for a small part of the P&L or a project)
  • Advantages if you have any retail, FMCG or consumer experience
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders, ability to be a business partner
  • Strong management accounting & month-end experience
