Role: Management Accountant (Qualified Only)

Location: West Yorkshire (3/Week on-site)

Working Hours: Standard Mon–Fri

Salary: £45-60K

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of home and commercial supplies. As they look to go through their next phase of growth, they'd like to bring on an ambitious Management Accountant that is looking for the opportunity to lead a team. The team is a combination of assistants and junior accountants.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents
• Measuring the company’s financial performance based on financial records
• Create monthly management accounts and provide month-end reporting
• Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations / analysis to company management
• Overseeing audit, bookkeeping and payroll functions
• Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed
• Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers
• Manage the existing team of assistants and accountants

Essential Experience:
- Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Systems development experience (Ideally Sage 50)
- Team management
- Strong, can-do personality.
