Maintenance Supervisor - Lossiemouth - £38,000 per annum

Location: Lossiemouth
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £38,000 per annum

About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will coordinate and manage a variety of work including:
  • Minor new works, reactive and remedial tasks
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Supply chain and contractor management
  • Compliance and certification reviews

You will be responsible for ensuring work schedules are prioritised and delivered to meet contractual KPIs. The role includes reviewing risk assessments and method statements for high-risk activities, overseeing report writing, and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard.


Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in construction, building, or facilities management
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and within a team
  • Professional and adaptable approach to change
  • NVQ Level qualification in a relevant trade, building, civil engineering, or related discipline
  • Management-level qualification in Health & Safety and Environment (e.g., SMSTS)
  • Full UK driving licence.
