Maintenance Operative

Working for a well-established contractor in an industrial setting for a temporary contract over Christmas and New Year.
Your new role
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and minor construction work.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
