Maintenance Officer Job – Based In Glasgow – £23 per hour (PAYE) – Initial 3+ Month Contract

Your new role

As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities across a range of the association's properties. This includes conducting inspections, coordinating repairs, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining the operational integrity of the estate and supporting the delivery of essential services.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in a maintenance or property officer role, ideally within a Public Sector or Housing Association environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. A relevant qualification in building maintenance or a related field would be advantageous.
