Hays are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational management across two premises in Sheffield. This plays a key role in ensuring the environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
This would suit an experienced Manager who has worked across multiple sites, ideally within the leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the leisure facilities, buildings and grounds.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring regulations are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance work.
- Supervise cleaning, site security, and general operational tasks.
- Manage contractors and liaise with external providers for large-scale projects.
- Monitor facilities, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure swift resolution of site-related issues.
- Previous experience in site management, facilities management, or caretaking.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
