A flexible workspace provider are hiring a Maintenance Manager to support maintenance delivery in London.

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance across a number of sites in London, ensuring swift issue resolution, coordinated support, and an exceptional resident experience. You will drive continuous improvement through effective contractor management, asset control, and maintenance system optimization. The role also supports budgeting, prioritisation of works, and hands-on maintenance as and when required. Key duties will include:
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep across various London sites, ensuring a prompt response to issues.
- Carry out general maintenance, refurbishment, and plumbing tasks as required.
- Management of full-time contractors who deliver works across the sites.
- Work with FOH and other departments to provide support and maintain up-to-date emergency contacts outside of work hours.
- Collaborate with site-specific community managers and FOH to deliver the best possible resident experience across all sites.
- Manage, monitor, and continually improve the ticketing system to ensure optimum performance from the maintenance department, reflected in consistently improving KPIs.
- Hold regular meetings with the maintenance team and managers to review progress and identify opportunities to improve systems.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all stock and assets across sites, ensuring product details are recorded for efficient replacement and consistent aesthetic standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant hands-on experience in delivering maintenance within commercial property environments. You will also require:
- Experience in having ownership of maintenance works for commercial properties.
- Experience in managing trades and contractors to deliver maintenance works.
- Strong knowledge of building compliance.
- Hands-on approach to carry out repairs where needed and be proactive to ensure sites are compliant and functional to the required standards.
- Full UK driving license is highly desirable for transport to sites.
