Your new role
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of 10+ engineers through a preventative-focused maintenance approach. Working with production and quality to plan changes and repairs but mainly utilising the team for preventative and reactive maintenance and ensuring improvements are reviewed and delivered. You will work with the Operations team on improvements and installations as they have a rolling CAPEX book always involving an upgrade or new installation. The company has quite a few exciting projects that you will be involved in.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a people leadership maintenance role across manufacturing, proven knowledge of maintenance and improvements and leading safety and contractors for the site.
What you'll get in return
Salary of up to £60000 with potential for bonus and salary sacrifice options.
