Your new company
Maintenance Manager job with a growing FMCG company. They are a multi-site organisation who demonstrate great ambition, investment and growth and supply the UK and Ireland with a range of impressive and innovative food products. Impressively, they have a new purpose-built site soon to be finished to deliver incredible capacity to produce for some of the largest retailers and to a very high standard. This is an opportunity to lead a team, retain some hands-on capacity and deliver ongoing improvement through investment in what is already an impressive site.
Your new role
Working days Monday to Friday, but with a need to occasionally be available for advice for the team outside of hours, you manage the delegation of duties to the team, prioritise breakdowns, advise the team on solutions, manage contractors, plan projects and report to the engineering manager on ideas for continuous improvement for the department.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong ability to prioritise maintenance work load and communicate it clearly to the team, be prepared to be hands-on during busy periods, a level of mufti skilled knowledge. If you are a strong engineer or supervisor looking for a potential step up, this may also be a good career move.
What you'll get in return
Package negotiable around the £55000 to £60000 mark, but speak with us to discuss potential based on experience.
