Your new role
Supporting 4 others in the team with production-based maintenance. The spirit amongst the team is very good, and the manager is still hands on to support in the plant. There is a good attitude towards supporting one another. The plant runs 24/7 so scheduled down time allows for PM's in this busy plant. Repairs, planning, showing contractors around are all part of your role
What you'll need to succeed
Relatable maintenance experience that can transfer or come from a production based environment. You don't necessarily need to be time served but it was be helpful but if you can demonstrate mechanical and light electrical maintenance experience then they are interested in pitching you this opportunity. Available to work the 3 shift rotation pattern which is 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am starting Sunday night.
What you'll get in return
Salary before overtime of £46800 which is an average hourly rate of £22.50 per hour. 34 days annual leave, overtime time and a half and double time, 6% from your company into your pension.
