Maintenance Engineer

Your new company

We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern for a global manufacturer on the outskirts of Attleborough.

Your new role

You will be joining an experienced engineering team assisting in production efficiency and reducing engineering downtime. You will be involved in setting up and changing over equipment for production runs, completing daily engineering work reports and recording any work on the CMMS. You will support the site operations and technical teams to increase efficiency, responding immediately to any breakdowns, accurately recording any engineering downtime and root cause analysis detail and working on findings to prevent repeat issues. Experience of conveyors, weighing machines, shrink wrappers are desirable.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment and hold relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications, have a good understanding of health & safety, continuous improvement techniques and strong IT skills.
