Perm Maintenance Electrician required in West Norfolk

Job Title: Electrician – Social Housing (Immediate Start)
Location: Dereham / King’s Lynn area (must live within 45 minutes)
Start Date: Within 48 hours
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 or 08:30–16:30

About the Role
We are urgently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for reactive maintenance work within social housing properties. You will work in pairs to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the Dereham and King’s Lynn areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive electrical maintenance in social housing properties.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a two-person team.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Qualifications:
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 Testing & Inspecting
  • AM2
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Other:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass a Basic DBS check
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of Dereham/King’s Lynn
