Maintenance Coordinator, up to £45000, Monday to Friday days with flexibility

Your new company

Engineering Coordinator job with a leading food manufacturing group who have maintenance operations across multiple production sites in Ulster. This is a brand-new position born from site and department growth with the intention of improving site reliability, safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Your new role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure the CMS is updated, amended and improved depending on site needs. All spares, contractor and maintenance activity will run through your hands as you help to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment availability.

What you'll need to succeed

Good organisational and computer-based skills. It would be ideal if you had experience in a similar role to understand engineering terminology, but experience in a related role would be more important.

What you'll get in return

This is a day-based role and office-based, you could still support the team. Salary up to £45000, some flexibility in time and the opportunity to make the role what you want it to be as it's brand new to the company.
