Your new role

  • Log and process repair requests efficiently
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor progress of repairs and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements
