Your new role
- Log and process repair requests efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor progress of repairs and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements

- Experience in housing repairs or maintenance administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
