Maintenance Co-ordinator/Administrator job in Wandsworth – 12-month contract – hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Maintenance Co-ordinator/Administrator on a 12-month contract to work for a well-established organisation based in South-West London, Wandsworth, which specialises in energy solutions across the UK. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and you'll be part of a small, friendly team with hybrid working available, initially 1 day from home and then 2 following probation.
Your new role
As a Maintenance Co-Ordinator and Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating data on the CRM system.
- Processing site reports and resolving discrepancies.
- Organising technicians’ diaries and booking appointments.
- Raising purchase orders and managing stock sheets.
- Following cases through to resolution with monitoring companies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need experience in maintenance/repairs administration, dealing with engineers or trades people, organising diaries, booking appointments and dealing with queries and complaints over the phone. Experience with numbers, invoicing and Purchase Orders is required and, ideally, you will use some kind of CRM system, be based within a reasonable commute to Wandsworth and on a short notice period as this is a contract position.What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to be made permanent after the contract period with a salary of between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9–5.30pm with an hour's lunch. However, if you wish to have a half an hour lunch, you can work 9-5pm. Hybrid working initially 1 day per week, increasing to 2 after probation. Private medical, generous holidays, annualised bonus and private medical are additional benefits available.
