What you'll need to succeed

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Experience or strong interest in recommender systems or matching algorithms
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business outcomes — not just technical metrics
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams spanning ML, AI, and QA Testing.
