Microsoft 365 Developer

Your new company

You’ll be joining one of the largest housing groups in England, managing over 37,500 homes across the North West and East Midlands. The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, affordable housing while supporting sustainable communities and tackling key social challenges such as homelessness and housing shortages.

Your new role

As a Microsoft 365 Developer (Level 2), you will support the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions across the organisation using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Working closely with senior developers and business stakeholders, you will build applications, automate workflows, and integrate systems to improve business processes and user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Power Platform experience who is looking to develop their skills further in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Power Fx, HTML, or similar technologies
  • Understanding of REST APIs, data integration, and exposure to tools like Copilot Studio or AI Builder
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features (DLP, permissions, secure data handling)
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
