M365 Copilot SME

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to provide 3rd and 4th line operational support across a large, regulated financial services environment. This role focusses on advanced incident response, deep‑dive troubleshooting, configuration and policy changes, and supporting large‑scale Copilot deployments across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Deliver 3rd/4th line support for Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation’s M365 tenant.
Triage, investigate, and resolve complex M365 escalations and multi‑user incidents, including usage issues, access problems, and unexpected behavioural results.
Conduct a thorough root cause analysis across:
M365 Admin Centre
Entra ID
Conditional Access
SharePoint & OneDrive permissions
Microsoft Teams
Group Policy Objects
Aternity endpoint telemetry
