M&E Project Manager | Lossiemouth | 39k-42k

Role: M&E Project Manager
Location: Lossiemouth
Contract: Full-time 40H

Role Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver Mechanical & Electrical projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
  • Manage risk, change control and project dependencies, resolving issues across multiple work streams.
  • Maintain full compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts, working closely with the Commercial team.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Knowledge and experience of NEC contracts and relevant construction legislation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC).
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to delivery.
  • Confident leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and P&L understanding.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with Microsoft Project experience preferred
