M&E Project Manager

Your new company

Hays Building Services are seeking several M&E Project Managers (Building Services) to work on a range of projects for an NHS Trust based in the East Midlands.

Your new role

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver numerous works schemes from £15k to a few million for which you will assess the requirement, agree the solution, determine the cost, appoint contractors, manage and deliver the work. You will have a hands-on approach throughout the duration of the projects, predominantly working with JCT contracts, so previous experience is essential.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant Building Services qualifications
  • Experience in a Project Management (construction) role for the NHS would be beneficial.
  • Awareness of HTM’s.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at one time.
  • JCT contract knowledge.

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive rates ranging from £250 to £325 per hour (PAYE rate slightly lower).
  • 5 days a week.
  • Long-term rolling contract.
  • Day in leu if working a bank holiday.
  • Predominantly on site but flexibility to work from home.
