Are you an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Engineer with a background in facilities management companies. We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our growing team, delivering high-quality building services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites.

About the Role
As an M&E Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across multiple client sites. You’ll work closely with our facilities and operations teams to ensure compliance, safety, and optimal performance of all building services.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely
Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent service
Maintain accurate records using CAFM systems

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within FM giants
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
18th Edition (for electrical candidates) or F-Gas (for HVAC candidates) desirable
Strong understanding of building services and compliance standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
