M&E Contracts Manager job in Poole, £350 - £450 per day, 8-month contract

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E Contractor in the recruitment of a M&E Contract Manager to join their team on an exciting project in Poole.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for establishing, leading and delivering M+E contracts to achieve profitable, on-programme and high-quality outcomes. You will effectively lead the installation teams, have robust client and supply-chain management, and full adherence to company procedures, safety standards and contractual obligations.
Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will play a key role in project planning, financial control, delivery, handover and post-completion support of this exciting project.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have experience managing M&E/mechanical contracts from pre-construction to handover, a proven track record of commercial and financial control of projects with excellent stakeholder engagement and experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
What You’ll Get In Return
This role is being offered at a daily rate between £350 - £450 per day starting in January for 8 months.
