M&E Condition Surveyor - Flexible interim opportunity

As a building services or M&E professional in the Southwest, you will join a construction & property consultancy who act as an extension of the public sector. Your new employer offer a wide range of services to the public sector, from building surveying through to architecture & design, structural engineering, and facilities management services.
Your new role
We require a skilled and competent M&E Condition Surveyor to join the team. You will be responsible for conducting condition surveys on school and educational buildings, assessing mechanical and electrical systems, and providing detailed reports on their condition.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need proven experience working within an M&E or building services setting, service in an estate or facilities management operation. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings will be required, alongside the ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate at £36 - £40 per hour (umbrella rate). In addition, you will be able to work flexibly in your role, scheduling your own surveys and work and spending time working from home, as well as visiting required sites.
