Your new role

• Establish continuity in the classroom by guiding pupils with thoughtfully planned lessons tailored to your teaching strengths
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to foster a consistent and inclusive learning environment
• Follow established schemes of work while adapting content to meet the needs of learners
• Contribute to the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues to support pupil progress and wellbeing
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and create a respectful, positive classroom culture
• Embrace the ethos and routines of each school, adapting confidently to different policies and frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

• QTS and previous experience teaching within primary education
• A confident, flexible approach to managing behaviour and delivering lessons across varied age groups
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with pupils, families, and school teams
• The ability to settle quickly into new environments and maintain consistency over time
• Availability for long-term roles starting immediately, after October half-term, or in January
