Throughout the academic year, we work to supply schools with teachers looking to take on longer-term assignments, including maternity leave cover, job share arrangements, and PPA teaching positions. Your new role

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to your teaching style across multiple year groups
• Build a positive, inclusive classroom that drives pupil progress and confidence
• Maintain continuity by following existing schemes of work and adapting plans when necessary
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure smooth cover during staff absences
• Confidently manage behaviour and promote respectful, positive interactions
• Adapt quickly to different school cultures, policies, and teaching frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within primary education
• Strong classroom management skills with a proactive, flexible mindset
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport swiftly with pupils and colleagues
• Confidence navigating a variety of teaching environments and curricula
• Availability for long-term placements starting immediately, after October half-term or in January
