Liaison Officer Case Manager

We are recruiting for a Liaison Officer Case Manager to join the responsive repairs team in a housing association.

This is a temp role for 3 months, starting immediately.

Full-time hours between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, 100% on site.

Construction/Housing/Property Services background is needed.


Your new role

A Liaison Officer / Case Manager position providing day‑to‑day back‑office support for responsive repairs.

The role involves updating systems, completing jobs, processing paperwork, ordering materials, and speaking with customers over the phone to keep work progressing.

You’ll work closely with contractors and operatives, so a construction, housing or repairs background is highly beneficial.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational skills for managing daily workflows, updating systems and closing jobs accurately.
  • Clear communication skills for speaking with customers, contractors and internal teams.
  • Good IT proficiency and comfort with repairs or construction terminology.
  • Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and keep work moving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in housing, repairs, construction or contractor liaison.
