Your new role
You will provide efficient and timely administrative support to the team, helping to deliver excellent customer service and efficiency in handling complaints and concerns.
What you'll need to succeed
Working as part of a team supporting and taking complaints from members of the public, and dealing with correspondence in relation to the decisions of the complaint.
- Admin support
- Working to data protection standards
- Using and updating computerised records accurately and promptly
- Customer service via telephone and written correspondence
- Contributing to meetings

Hybrid on site in Manchester 2 days per month
