• Provide in-class support to pupils in upper KS2, helping to reinforce learning and encourage engagement.
• Deliver small group maths interventions outside the classroom, focusing on key skills and confidence-building.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to tailor support to individual needs.
• Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
• Contribute to planning and feedback to ensure interventions are effective.

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in KS2, ideally with a focus on maths support.
• Confidence leading small group sessions independently.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Paid up to £100 per day (depending on experience)
