What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting children in a classroom setting
- A nurturing, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Confidence supporting learning across a range of abilities, including SEN
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
