What you'll need to succeed
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
